Wall Street Journal Prime Rate plus 0.00% margin. Maximum APR is 18%; minimum APR is 4.25%. HELOC term is 25 years: 10-year draw period, 15-year repayment period. Early termination fee of $500 will only be charged if you
payoff and close your line within 36 months of the opening date.
Your monthly payment during the draw period will be interest that accrued on the outstanding balance during the preceding month, plus any fees and charges. Your monthly payment during the repayment period will equal 1/180th
